land based company "land based company" means a company owning land in Malaysia as the main asset or as one of the assets at the time of disposal of shares in the company, or a company thought not owning land by itself holds an interest in shares (through one or more interposed companies) in a company which owns land in Malaysia as the main asset or as one of the assets at the time of disposal of shares;
